The Matrix
The Matrix was widely celebrated for using great special effects within the alternate reality. Unfortunately, the production (or editing) team missed this slight blunder. Although this is an amazing shot, when you look closely, a camera man is clearly visible. The crew tried their best to hide the cameraman with a black covering; however, the large camera lens is still clearly seen.
