Melanin Levels
The Doctor’s first conclusion was that Bence might have albinism. Albinism is a condition that prevents the body from creating melanin, resulting in pale/white hair and skin. His hair clearly represented a pigmentation deficiency, so Doctors decided to give him a blood test to see if he had low levels of melanin.
