This young woman thought it was strange when she began getting nosebleeds pretty regularly; however, it wasn’t until she noticed what she thought to be a blood clot moving along her nose, that she began to grow very concerned. It turned out that a leech, measuring 3 inches, had somehow crawled up her nose during a backpacking trip in SE Asia. Luckily, the girl had quite the sense of humor and ended up giving the leech a pet name, Mr. Curly.
