Another horrific accident took the life of a famous Hollywood actress and beloved American sweetheart, Natasha Richardson, who died at only 45 years old.    Married to actor, Liam Neeson, and leaving behind two sons, Richardson suffered from a head injury after falling on the ski slopes in Quebec, Canada.
